We are delighted to expand our offer with the addition of DAS Solar to the Synapsun portal. As part of this partnership, Synapsun will support DAS Solar in the development of its products and service range dedicated to the French market.

Since its creation in 2018, DAS Solar has seen a remarkable rise in the photovoltaic industry, supported by strategic investments of several Chinese state-owned companies such as China Merchants Group, Three Gorges Corporation (8.3GW of PV in operation by the end of 2021), and Huaneng Group (9.1GW of PV in operation by the end of 2021).

The manufacturer’s success is the result of a strategic decision made by its founder Liu Young (former CTO of JA Solar, Jolywood and Longi) to focus on the TOPCon technology.

A direction confirmed by the arrival of  Dr. Song Dengyuan in 2022, as CTO.

Dr Song is a N-Type pioneer. As early as 2009, when CTO of Yingli Solar, he led an R&D group which, in partnership with the Energy Research Center of the Netherland (ECN), developed panda cells and modules which, in 2012, were the first Type-N modules in mass production. Our customers won the first AO innovation awards thanks to this technology, which 10 years later has become main-stream

By the end of 2023, DAS Solar‘s production capacity will reach 30 GW of both cells and modules.

This position DAS Solar as one of the world’s  top 10 of module manufacturers in terms of capacity.

DAS Solar’s carbon footprint :

DAS Solar has obtained Simplified Carbon Assessments (SCA) for its modules, with final values of 450 kgCO²eq/kWp.
