Logistics and Maritime/Road Transport Solutions

For all your projects within the EU, we have developed logistics solutions to deliver ready-to-install panels directly to your construction sites from our various French and European warehouses. 
 

Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

DDP is the preferred delivery method for our clients. It covers all costs and risks up to the delivery of the goods at the agreed location, whether at your warehouse or directly at your construction site. Tell us when and where – we take care of the rest.

Incoterm FCA (Free Carrier):

If you prefer to manage the delivery yourself, we can make the modules available at a French or European warehouse. SYNAPSUN will handle customs clearance and store them under optimal conditions, but you will need to arrange a truck for pickup.

Incoterm CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight):

For deliveries to French overseas territories (DROM-COM) or any port worldwide, we offer CIF delivery. This means we organize and cover the sea freight to the agreed port of destination, including maritime insurance. Once the goods are unloaded at the port, you are responsible for costs related to port storage, demurrage, container detention, and customs formalities. 

Incoterm FOB (Free on Board):

If you prefer to arrange maritime transport yourself, we can offer FOB shipping directly from China. In this case, you book the vessel of your choice and inform us so we can organize the container loading. Once the container is loaded on the vessel, you assume responsibility for costs and risks, including transport, insurance, and port fees. 

Storage:

To help manage scheduling uncertainties on your construction sites, SYNAPSUN offers 30 days of free storage. Beyond this period, fees may apply as per our general sales conditions.
