Project presentation
In Amiens Saint-Sauveur, in the Somme region (80), IDEX and ESR Group installed the second largest photovoltaic rooftop in France to date, on a 118,000 m² logistics warehouse.
For this project, SYNAPSUN supported IDEX with the selection, negotiation, contractualisation, production monitoring, and delivery of 26,000 DMEGC DM455M10RT-B54HST photovoltaic modules. The solar installation covers 61,000 m², representing nearly 50% of the total roof surface. The plant will generate around 12.13 GWh per year, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of more than 3,500 households.
Additionally, two parking areas with a total of 405 spaces were fitted with photovoltaic carports covering 7,696 m², further increasing the site’s solar production.
